I told the author this myself this morning, but yesterday I received a notification that her new release had been successfully delivered to my Kindle and I wanted so bad to go home and get my read on right then and there. I enjoyed it I just wish it had been longer. (Note: I did know that it was a novella. I’m just greedy.)

If you’re familiar with BC’s previous Bink series then you’ll recognize the characters in this novella. Gunz, Pixie, and of course Bink and Big are back. The last book left off with Bink being pregnant and she and Big Dick reconciling to be together. This book opens with Bink ready to give birth to her daughter Harley, but she plans to do it naturally surrounded by her family.

I have never had a child, but I do know that if I did I’d want some serious drugs. But more power to Bink for picking a birth plan and being able to stick to it.

That being said this was the most awesome book about labor and family. Bink was surrounded by those that loved and cared for her. You also were able to follow along and experience her pre and post-labor - her fears, her love towards Big and her family, her anticipation, her happiness and her pain. I was overwhelmed, in a good way, by the descriptiveness of her labor pains. It was more proof that a natural birth is not for me.

I loved the interactions between Bink and Gunz and his part to play in her daughter’s birth. Overall this novella was chock full of so many emotions that I felt as if I were in the room with Bink and Big D. It was an amazing foray back into the world of Bink and Big D and I cannot wait for the next volume in their story.

Author Bink Cummings was born and raised part of a biker family. Upon the incessant coercion from her sacred sisters, she has begun her newest journey in life--writing. When she's not shacked up in her home writing at all hours of the night, Bink enjoys riding motorcycles, taking care of her family, reading, and cooking huge meals--Especially her infamous chocolate chip cookies.
